Unlike silver, steel pieces can be worn daily — even with occasional contact with water — maintaining their shine and color for much longer.Gold-plated pieces are produced through PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating, a technological process much more resistant than traditional gold plating applied to silver.

The term PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) refers to the technique used to apply colour — but the quality of the result depends on several factors, such as: the type of steel alloy used, the thickness of the coating, the temperature and pressure of the process and, of course, the rigour and experience of the factory that performs it.

At Figu, we only work with specialized factories that use high-tech equipment and superior quality 316L steel, ensuring more uniform, resistant and durable PVD coatings. We invest in coatings with greater thicknesses, in order to make Figu pieces even more resistant than most steel pieces on the market.

Should you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of the purchase time.

As part of our customer satisfaction policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 14 days or exchange them within 30 days, from the date of purchase. In both cases, the items must be packaged and unused.

Exchanges/returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Once the products have been returned, FIGU's technical services will analyze them and verify their condition.

If the returned products meet the return conditions, you will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date the product was received.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If a refund to the same payment method is not possible (i.e. MBWay or Multibanco), we will ask the Customer for the IBAN where they wish to receive the refund.
