All parts are sent from our workshop in Funchal, Portugal.

Shipments are made through CTT Portugal registeres mail or DHL Express. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the item is personalized, orders are usually shipped the next business day. In the case of personalized items, personalization changes the delivery time by 24-48 hours.


If you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that for personalized products it may not be possible to cancel if the piece was already engraved.

Under the customer satisfaction policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 14 days or exchange them within 30 days after the date of purchase. In both cases, the parts must be packed and unused.

Exchanges/returns are not acceptable in the following cases:
● Customized Parts;
● Earrings for hygiene reasons;
● Items sold at discounts.

Once the products are returned, FIGU's technical services will analyze them and check their condition.

If the returned products meet the conditions for return, they will be returned to you within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the product was received.

The credit will be made using the same payment method used for the order. When the credit in the same payment method is not possible (ie MBWay or Multibanco), we will ask the Customer for the IBAN where he wants to receive the refund.

Yes! Figu Jewelry is water resistant, as it is made of stainless steel and plated with 18k gold using PVD technology. You can wear it everyday, all day, sleep with it or wear it during exercise.

Personalized pieces are engraved using laser technology.The recording will be done in black/dark gray tones. Depending on the light (natural/artificial) and reflections, the recording will appear darker or lighter.
