Return Policy

Within the scope of the Figu customer satisfaction policy, except for the legal rights resulting from the guarantee, exchanges are admissible:
• If the items have not been used and are still in their packaging;
• If they are returned within 15 days of the day after you acquire physical possession of the products.

Exchanges of the following items are not admissible:
● Goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (all items engraved)
● Earrings for hygiene reasons;
● Items sold at discounts.

We recommend that you use a secure shipping method, registered mail, and that you keep your proof of delivery. Until we receive the returned product at our facilities, the products and their conditions are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The products must not show signs of use and must be in conditions of sale, and the customer will be responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.

The costs derived from the exchange of products will be borne by the Customer.
