All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal. Except for personalized ones, orders are prepared within 24 business hours after the order confirmation date. This preparation time can vary according to peak season like Black Friday or Christmas. Personalized jewels have a specific preparation time, which is indicated during the purchase process.
